The subject of the order is logistic support for the 18th Scientific and Technical Conference on Computer Technology in Engineering TKI2026, i.e. providing the organizers and participants with: - accommodation and meals; - organizational rooms and conference rooms; - parking lot, transport, recreation, rest; - cultural and entertainment program at the time and number planned by the Organizers. The Ordering Party requires that the service be provided in a facility/hotel that meets the following conditions: 1) Standard min. 4 stars, according to information included in the Central List of Hotel Facilities.2) Location: the facility is located in the Warmia-Masuria Voivodeship. The ordering party requires the name and address of the proposed facility to be indicated in the offer.3) Facility with a relaxation area equipped with minimum in the sauna and gym/fitness room, swimming pool.4) The facility should guarantee the implementation of the conference (accommodation, conference rooms, restaurant) in one building, different buildings are allowed, but connected to each other, in a way that allows movement without going out into an open area.
