The challenge is to create a link between students, but also with the staff, university services and student associations present. In addition, the event aims to inform the student community of the various services offered to them through fun games via the service stands. The concept of the Green Party is based on: - a friendly and festive event, - in a tavern spirit on the lawn of the Technoforum, the central location and presidency of the University, - with game stands on offer by the services for the configuration of a fair, - a musical stage, - relaxation areas, catering and a bar, - all while respecting the sustainable values ​​of the establishment. The event takes place every year on a Thursday, mid-September, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. It welcomes on average between 2000 and 3000 people throughout the event. The service provider will be in charge of the scenography of the site (virgin lawn, see plan - pink zone), must provide the furniture necessary for the layout of the place, install and manage all technical sound and light control over the entire event site and help with the logistics of the event (dismantling and storage of Vauban barriers, tables, chairs and others...
