In the project, Loenkoulu's current oil heating system will be replaced with a geothermal system. This request for quotation applies to the geothermal system drilling of the energy wells included. The contract is implemented as a contract with a unit price. Final invoicing is based on realized quantities. The customer only pays for the actual amount of work performed based on the approved unit prices. Comparison of offers for this, the calculated comparison performance defined in the request for tenders is used. The quantities used in the comparison do not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer. The contract includes the drilling of a total of seven (7) energy wells. Preliminary energy wells the locations are shown in the HVAC station drawing attached to the tender request. The final locations of the boreholes are defined together with the customer at the site before the drilling work begins. The calculation procedure used in the comparison of offers is as follows:- number of energy wells 7 pcs - reference depth of rock drilling 255 m / energy well - reference length of soft earth drilling and steel piping 15 m / energy well The amount of soft earth used in the comparison calculation is an estimate. Soft ground and steel piping the actual quantity may differ from the quantity used in the comparison, and the invoicing is done according to the actual quantities.
