Above. the assortment must meet the following requirements: be new and free from defects, original, free from third party rights.3. Documentation accompanying: marking on the product - Designation - Manufacturer's name, product type/catalogue number, CE mark if required in the EU, a current product safety data sheet is required with delivery.4. Required product shelf life: min. 12 months from the date of delivery.5. The Contractor is obliged to deliver Goods free from substances whose composition, according to the current classification in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 of December 16, 2008 on the classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (OJ EU L. of 2008 No. 353, p. 1, as amended), is carcinogenic (category 1A or 1B), mutagenic (category 1A or 1B) or reprotoxic (category 1A or 1B).6.
