The purpose of the market is locksmith work: steel decorative locksmith, steel body guards, steel handrails, fences and gates, steel works, PMR access, on exterior landscaping. The technical descriptions of the expected services are specified inThe specific technical clauses (CCTP). It is a mono-attribute framework agreement. The services, subject of the market, will be processed at order formal in application of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of Decree No. 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018Regulatory of the Public Order Code and unit prices appearing in the unit price slip. As an indication, the forecast annual amount of the market is estimated at 100, 000 euros (s) HT/year the maximum amount of the market, over its total duration, is set at 400, 000 euros (s) excl. In allState of cause, in the event that the maximum amount of the market, over its total duration is reached before the date of market maturity, it will automatically end. The market is concluded for a period of one year from its notification date, renewable three times for the same period byTacitus renewal except in the event of the market denunciation by one or the other of the parties.
