Tender Details

The request for tenders concerns the procurement of locks, keys, door locks, etc. and their installation services for properties in the city of Rauma. The city mainly has Abloy and Primo products. The bidding is carried out in an open procedure, based on which the framework arrangement all bids that meet the eligibility and minimum requirements will be accepted. Bidders are prioritized based on bid scoring. During the framework arrangement, orders are placed in order of priority, taking into account availability. The contractual period of the framework arrangement is June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2028. The agreement is only created when both parties have signed the agreement. Option: The contract period of the framework arrangement can be extended by one (1) one (1) year long option period until June 1, 2028 - 31/5/2029. The city of Rauma decides separately on the introduction of the option period and announces it no later than three (3) months before the end of the valid contract period. Using the option is a right of the city of Rauma, not an obligation. The entire acquisition anticipated the value for the entire contract period (including the option period) is 150, 000 euros (VAT 0%). Orders are made as needed during the contract period and the city has no obligation to purchase in quantity. The city of Rauma also has the right to tender individual assignments outside of this framework arrangement, even during the validity of the framework agreement.
