Tender Details

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for locking systems and locksmith services within Värnamo municipality's geographical area. Assignments during the framework agreement period include delivery of goods, service work and minor contracts. The assignment includes all normally occurring assignments such as for example: lock assembly, lock systems, key manufacturing, lock repair within digital and mechanical lock systems, sales of locks, keys, cylinders and more. Electric locks are not included in the assignment. Estimated value of the procurement: SEK 4 million Procurement maximum value (ceiling volume): SEK 6 million No specific volume is guaranteed. If the ceiling volume is reached, the framework agreements no longer have any effect. The buyer has the right to early termination of the framework agreement if the ceiling volume risks being exceeded during the agreement period, this with six months notice period. Information regarding ESPD: It is clear when submitting the tender in e-Avrop that the tenderer can choose to check/uncheck the ESPD form. It is an option and not a requirement to attach the ESPD.
