Location development in the center of Telfs In 2026, the market town of Telfs will take over the Raika premises in the center (Untermarktstrasse) of Telfs. In 2026, Raika will move to the newly built “Market House” building, opposite the old one Location. The premises to be taken over are co-ownership units in the so-called condominium association “EGOT” with around 70 co-owners and are located on the basement, ground floor and 1st floor with a total of over 1600 m2. The location is preferred in the Pedestrian zone in the center of Telfs. The premises border the pedestrian zone in the south and “Wallnöferplatz” in the north. The latter is covered with a year-round tarpaulin and is somewhat “separated” from the pedestrian zone by the EGOT building only narrow, unattractive foot connections are available. Immediately to the east, adjacent to the former Raika building, is the town hall (own property) with the municipal administration. The municipal administration also extends over the 2nd floor former Raika premises in EGOT.
