Short Description of the Procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to order an additional functionality for the existing location -based, quick danger notification system (Public Procurement No. 230617), allowing for the transmission of danger notifications by Estonian mobile operators mobile number. The object of the procurement is both the development and interface of the existing system and interfaces with the databases of mobile operators mentioned in the procurement. The estimated cost of this part is EUR 455, 000. The object of the procurement is, in addition, at the end of the warranty period, which is expected to be 54, 000 euros. For the object to be procured, a briefing will take place on 15.02.24 at 11. The briefing will take place through Teams and pre -registration is required at antti.turmann@riks.ee. Information Protocol will be added to the source documents of the procurement.
