1. The Municipality of Jiabong, through the 2026 LGSF-FALGU intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION NINE Hundred NINETY-NINE Thousand NINE Hundred NINETY-NINE PESOS & 68/100 CENTS only P 9, 999, 999.68- being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026 LGSF-FALGU. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Jiabong now invites bids for the. Completion of the Works is required within 128 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
