The United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) has a requirement for the provision of body-armour Tactical Plate Carrier Vest (ballistic vests and hard-plates) to serve as personal protective equipment for staff members and meet operational requirements in Colombia. The contract for one-time provision shall include the following requirements: * Body armour/ Tactical Plate Carrier Vest (modular, lightweight, and highly adjustable armour carrier designed to accommodate hard ballistic plates in the front and rear compartments); the design must support both male and female users through ergonomic adjustability, with varying sizes S-xL. * Hard-ballistic plates (protection level NIJ-III) comparable, interchangeable, and used in with the body armour vests (single curve hard ballistic plates); Standalone protective inserts intended for use with the tactical plate carrier vests.* Hard-ballistic plates Level III+ (Exceeds NIJ Level III commonly referred to as Level III+); Simple (Single) Curve; Standalone protective inserts (no soft armor backing required) intended for use with the tactical plate carrier vests.* Modular attachable accessories/components for scaled protection with Pullover Ballistic Vests use; The detailed Scope of Requirements (SOR) along with other bidding documents will be sent out to all bidders responding to this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI).
