Description : Description of Notice: The United Nations Office for Project Support Services (UNOPS) is pleased to invite potential bidders to bid for Local Newspaper Publication Services - Haiti as described in section II - List of Needs in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and all the needs described in this request for quotations (RFQ). This processaims to set up one or more open market agreement (s) (BPA) with potential suppliers of the place. IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested suppliers should respond to this notice using the UNOPS eSourcing system, available on the UNGM portal.
