National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and Local Government Authority (LGA) jointly with UNDP is working on a SDG Funded Joint Program (JP) ‘Strengthening National and Subnational Capacity for Sustainable Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation in Maldives-. In order to mainstream sustainable DRR&CCA in local planning process, it is important for the local councils & WDCs to meaningfully understand the concept of DRR & CCA. Hence, UNDP is seeking the service of a local firm to develop animated storyboards for the e-learning Course module ‘Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) / Disaster Reduction (DRR) planning for local councils and WDCs- to Kiyeveni Learning Portal. Based on the course content provided by UNDP, NDMA, and LGA, consultant is required to create animated storyboard for the online course, include interactive features for exercises/tasks that would be completed by the user, feedback form and certificate generation.
