OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of the pending procurement is a digital service for local use of domestic newspapers, which includes a collection of magazines in accordance with the specifications common to all subscriber units and a user interface for using the magazines, for browsing, searching and reading, as well as related support services. User identification of the service takes place with IP addresses. This acquisition, which is under preparation, is part of the material acquisition of the FinELib consortium. Subscriber units are public libraries, which are consortium members. According to the preliminary plan, one (1) service provider will be selected on the basis of the tender that is being prepared, which will be responsible for the digital service of domestic local newspapers as a whole.
