Tender Details

The contract includes premises maintenance with associated tasks in the areas listed in the procurement document. The scope in detail appears from documents listed in UF3.22. For overall information about the contract, see the Contract form, K0. The premises for Traffpunkten Tor as well as Lidingoe city's day operations, the Craftsmen and the Active team are currently undergoing renovation and are expected to be completed in the fall of 2026. The operations are planned to start again within the time interval October 2026- February 2027. The earliest the cleaning delivery can begin is October 1, 2026. If the start is brought forward or delayed, the cleaning delivery may start earlier or be postponed. The customer informs the supplier about the set start date in good time. The price must be provided for the above operations in the price appendix and must be included in the fixed delivery cost, but must not be charged until the operations manager for each activity announced start-up. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to ascertain the scope of the contract on site. Compensation for the contract is paid as fixed compensation and ongoing for additional orders. For larger objects, the Customer has the right to carry out a new procurement. Additional orders can also refer to items that are not enumerated.
