The object of the acquisition is a loan management system solution as a SaaS service based on ready-made software. As a result of the acquisition, the contract will be concluded with five (5) Monetra companies. Monetra Group (hereinafter also "subscriber") acquires the system for itself and uses it as a part of the wholeservice production.
In connection with the implementation project, the system is to be implemented for three customer organizations.
As part of the deployment project, the supplier creates a deployment model with Monetra for future uses by other customer organizations that may be implemented during the contract periodfor work engagements.
