Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Update: (a) NID card, (b) Citizenship certificate, (c) Trade License, (d) Income Tax Certificate, (e) VAT Registration Certificate, (f) Copy of affidavit of ownership of the organization2. The quantity of transportable rations is approximately 425, 000 kg. The authorities may reduce/increase the quantity required if necessary. Transport No excuses such as inadequacy or increase in transportation fares or increase in the cost of porter work will be acceptable.3. As a general and special condition of the contract, the bidder shall be entitled to own rice, wheat and sugar allocated by the Police Ration Store. The goods will have to be lifted by a laborer and transported at their own expense to the Faridpur District Police Ration Store, where they will be unloaded and warehoused by their own laborer.4. In case of any accident, loss or theft of the transportable ration goods during the transportation, the transport contractor will be responsible for it. No deficiency will be applicable in the case of transportation.
