In order to support the operation of electric buses by 2027, TPF wishes to acquire load management software (CMS). The solution implemented by the bidder (hereinafter the Solution) must make it possible to collect and process data in real time. These data will be provided by the charging infrastructure and by vehicles. The Solution must coordinate the charging of vehicles via a bidirectional exchange according to an established scenario. It must comply with the functional and non-functional requirements of the Specifications as well as the requirements of cybersecurity. The Solution will also allow parameters such as electricity network restrictions, own production and energy costs to be taken into account.
