This Presolicitation pertains to the Transport Season Emergent Barge Repairs

(Notice: W912EF24Q0073; Title: LLA JFF Transport Season Emergent Barge Repairs).

In accordance with the Scope of Work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District at Lower Granite Lock and Dam, Pomeroy, WA. This will be a Time & Materials service contract.
