1. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently bid for the:
a. Name of Project : LIWANAG AT LINIS PROGRAM PARA SA PAMILYANG MENDEZEÑO
b. Approved Budget for the Contract : Php 1, 268, 505.00
c. Bid Document Fee : Php 5, 000.00
2. Bids exceeding the stated amount of ABC shall automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
3. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez now invites bids from authorized Philippine contractors for the LIWANAG AT LINIS PROGRAM PARA SA PAMILYANG MENDEZEÑO.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”. All particulars relative to this bidding include Eligibility Checking, Bid Security, Evaluation, and Post-Qualification. Procedures and Award of Contract shall be governed by R.A. 12009 and its Revised IRR.
