The project is being delivered under a Construction Management model by Impact Energy Services Inc. Documents
The work consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, testing, commissioning, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as specified in the tender documents. The retrofit includes mechanical, electrical, and energy conservation improvements intended to improve building performance, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and enhance resident comfort while maintaining building operations throughout construction.
The successful contractor shall coordinate all work with the Construction Manager, Owner, consultants, and other trades. The building will remain occupied during construction, and bidders shall demonstrate experience completing similar occupied retrofit projects while minimizing disruption to residents.
Contractors must review all tender documents, attend the mandatory pre-bid site meeting, and submit all required documentation by the tender closing date. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and is not obligated to accept the lowest-priced bid.
