Live and Dead Cell Imaging and Analysis System The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a system for imaging and analysis of living and dead cells together with services related to the subject of delivery according to the specified specification in the Draft Purchase Agreement (Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation). Annex No. 1 of the Draft Purchase Agreement contains the technical conditions of the subject of performance in the form of determination of absolute (minimum) technical requirements. If a participant in the procurement procedure fails to fulfill any of absolute (minimum) technical requirements, will be excluded from the procurement process. Fulfillment of these parameters will also be required by the client as part of the installation and acceptance of the subject of performance.
