Works contract consisting of the realization of the liturgical layout of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Tournai. The work to be carried out is located within a UNESCO World Heritage property. This status implies particular attention to to the preservation and protection of this property of exceptional value. Bidders must take all necessary measures to protect the site throughout the duration of the work; both the materials and the techniques used must be scrupulously respected, in order to guarantee the integrity and authenticity of this monument. This contract includes the execution of the following works: Creation of the podium and its ornamental motif: paving in Tournai stone similar to the new one paving of the nave with engraving and insertion of white Carrara marble paving; Creation of the elevation, for the podium, in masonry blocks and screed for laying the paving; Installation of the first steps in blocks of Tournai stone and marble Carrara; Creation of an ornamental carpet around the baptismal font: Tournai stone paving with engraving and insertion of white Carrara marble paving; Occasional reuse of Belgian black marble such as Mazy-Golzinne; Creation of an altar, an ambo using an assembly of veined Vigaria marble blocks; Creation of a baptismal font in a whole block of veined Vigaria marble; Installation of massive engraved stone for the entrance...
