Short description : Based on recent changes in the Norwegian Cultural Council's subsidy schemes for literature, there is a need for knowledge about how the schemes today work, how they work within different parts of the literary cycle and how they contribute to realizing the literary policy goals. It is lit.funding for a research-based review that will provide a solid foundation for the development of the literary policy instrument. The research work has an economic framework of NOK 2 million including VAT, NOK 1.6 million. VAT.
