Description
Adding three days since combined synopsis solicitation was not added. 3 kits - Liquid Urethane Rubber Mix 50, V-Polymer, 55 gallon drum units, Part A and Part B for casting concrete with 1-to-1 by volume mix ratios. Mix does not require vacuum degassing and will cure with negligible shrinkage to a durable rubber that will last in production. Mold Rubber works especially well for casting pigmented/colored concrete. Molds rendered with this product will render accurate and uniform colored castings. Technical Data: Mix Ratio By Volume: 1A:1B; Mix Ratio By Weight: 1A:1B; Pot Life: 60 minutes; Cure Time: 16 hours; Shore Hardness: 50 A; Specific Gravity: 1.04 g/cc; Specific Volume: 26.7 cu. in./lb.; Color: Off-White; Tensile Strength: 588 psi; 100% Modulus: 215 psi; Elongation @ Break: 400 %; Die C Tear Strength: 102 pli; Shrinkage: less than .001 in. / in.; Mixed Viscosity: 2, 000 cps. Mix must be able to be removed from a mold using any mold release agent, not a particular brand of agent. Shipping with 30 Days or Less Lead Time. 2 Kits to be delivered in 30 days or less, and remaining 1 kit to be delivered 30 days after the first delivery.
