Liquid medical oxygen supplies 2026-2030 The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements between the individual authorizing contracting authorities and one supplier, on the basis of which public contracts for the supply of liquid medicinal products will be awarded medical oxygen (hereinafter referred to as "medical oxygen" or "liquid medical oxygen"). The subject of the procurement procedure is i - ensuring the service of medical oxygen tanks (hereinafter referred to as "tank") at all commissioning contractors, - rental of a medical storage tank oxygen with a telemetry unit in the case of Znojmo Hospital, p. o. and TGM Hospital Hodonín, p. o. and -rental of a telemetry unit in the case of Břeclav Hospital, p.o. The subject of framework agreements is the provision of continuous supplies of liquid medical oxygen including logistical provision of supplies, rental of storage tanks, rental of telemetry units and servicing of storage tanks, in accordance with all the conditions stated in this tender documentation and their annexes, in order to ensure the proper operation of the assigning contracting authorities, as facilities providing health care (hereinafter referred to as "facilities"). The provision of health care is directly related to the properties of the supplied liquid medical oxygen, which must meet all requirements according to the relevant legal regulations, or relevant technical standards.
