Liptovsky Mikulas Business Academy construction modification of the school boarding school building, entrance part to the school cafeteria, reduction of energy demand OA LM. Description: The subject of the project is building modifications and reducing the energy demand of the school boarding school, the entrance to the boarding school and the school canteen in Liptovský Mikuláš on plot KN/C 210, 211, 216/19. The assignment deals with the complex renovation of the exterior of the building, i.e. j. insulation of the perimeter plastic, insulation of the stress structure, including implementation green roof on the kitchen building, replacement of opening structures, installation of a photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the entrance building, new lightning rod. In the interior of the building, the elevator will be replaced, the hygiene areas in the vestibule will be renovated, and the electrical system will be replaced fire alarm, voice fire alarm, replacement of parts of heating distribution and heating elements. After the renovation, the purpose of the building will remain unchanged, the number of floors and the floor area will not change.
