Liptovský Mikuláš Academy of Business - construction modifications of the school dormitory building, the entrance to the school dormitory and the school canteen, reducing the energy demand of OA LM. The subject of the project intention is construction modifications and energy reduction requirements of the school boarding school, the entrance to the school boarding school and the school canteen in Liptovský Mikuláš on parcel KN/C 210, 211, 216/19. The assignment deals with the complex renovation of the exterior of the building, i.e. j. insulation of the outer shell, insulation of the roof structure including the realization of a green roof on the kitchen building, replacement of opening structures, installation of a photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the entrance part of the building, a new lightning rod. In the interior of the building, the replacement of the elevator, the renovation of the hygienic areas in the lobby, electric fire alarm, voice fire alarm, replacement of part of the heating distribution system and heating elements. After the renovation, the purpose of the building will remain unchanged, the number of floors and the floor area will not change. The subject of the project intention are construction modifications and reduction of the energy demand of the school dormitory, the entrance to the school dormitory and the school canteen in Liptovský Mikuláš on parcel KN/C 210, 211, 216/19.
