Tenders for the boiler replacement renovation for the above project will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Regina City Time, Thursday, April 23, 2026. Deliver bids electronically to [email protected]. Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder. Description of the Work: Removal and replacement of the existing boilers and main heating pumps and associated work as identified in the Scope of Work document. Tenders $100, 000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), the Irrevocable Letter of Credit or the Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety- in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from SaskTenders. There will be a mandatory site meeting on Thursday, April 9th at 9:30 a.m. All interested parties shall meet at the front door of Lipton Lodge, 1107 Railway Avenue, Lipton, Saskatchewan. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
