Liposomal doxorubicin hydrochloride - 35 FCCOS OF PEGYLATED LIPOSOMAL DOXORUBICIN INJECTABLE SUSPENSION BOTTLE OR AMPOULE.- Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for in accordance with Article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the Contracting Law State, contained in Decree No. 74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette “La Gaceta” dated September 17, 2001, a fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%) will be sanctioned for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract.
