The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering/architectural (A/E) firms and program management advisory firms to provide general professional A/E and program management advisory services, with an emphasis on transit planning, design, and implementation in support of the LinkUS program.
