The Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights from suppliers about enhancing the way-finding capabilities of the Find Your Path tool. This tool, launched in November 2023, helps users explore careers and education programs. The Ministry aims to improve the alignment of educational and training programs with B.C.'s evolving labour market needs. The Ministry is looking for solutions that can map skills and competencies, integrate with standardized skills taxonomies, identify education and credential pathways, analyze job posting data and educational program details, match users' skills with relevant occupations and programs, ensure data privacy and security, and enable seamless integration with existing systems.
