Ability to provide a horizontal X-Y linear stage combination unit part number 5102.15. This includes The overall dimension of 125x125x54mm, +/-14 micrometer positional accuracy, +/- 5 micrometer repeatability. Surfaces galvanic anodized.
Ability to provide two right angle gearboxes per rail. Part number 2042.20. Have a gear ratio of 20:1 with a 42mm flange.
Ability to provide 2 stepper motors per X-Y stage, with part number M.OR42.200.0. Must have a 42mm mount flange.
Ability to provide Renishaw encoders for each stepper motor. Part number EA.RE.LIN.AD5102 and ES.RE.RESLIN0100B.32bit.1
