The subject of the contract is the provision of Service A to the Ordering Party, consisting in the transport of Parcels, including Parcels, the content of which will be postal Parcels and the content of which will be dangerous goods within the meaning of Art. 2 point 4) of the Act of August 19, 2011 on ptransport of hazardous materials, under which the Contractor is obliged to accept Shipments for transport at the place and time specified in the Schedule for the implementation of Service A, constituting Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, and to release Shipments accepted for transport at the place specified in this Annexu.
