Description : 1. The Joni Villanueva General Hospital (JVGH), through its authorized funding source under the Hospital Income Execom Resolution 2026-005, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 4, 040, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), for the Procurement of Medical Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The JVGH now invites bids for the Procurement of Medical Equipment. The procurement shall be undertaken through Competitive Bidding pursuant to Section 27 in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Completion/delivery of the goods shall be in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications stated in the Bidding Documents.
