Description : 1. The Joni Villanueva General Hospital (JVGH), through its authorized funding source under the Hospital Income Execom Resolution 2026-005, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 3, 946, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), for the Procurement of Anti-Rabies Vaccine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The JVGH now invites bids for the Procurement of Anti-Rabies Vaccine. The procurement shall be undertaken through Competitive Bidding pursuant to Section 27 in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Completion/delivery of the goods shall be in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications stated in the Bidding Documents.
