Basement Areas Located Gustav Wieds Road 10 for Aarhus UseThe University Institute of Bio and Chemical Technology in the Research Park.

In addition, the contract also contains an option on a contract for total advice of the construction of a laboratory of approx. 2, 100 m2. FEAS itself is not subject to the tender rules. As both leases behind this tender are arranged as desired andHowever, tailor -made leases from Aarhus University, these can be considered to constitute so -called tailor -made leases. In order to avoid doubts as to whether a possible tendering obligation has been raised at Aarhus University, FEAS has undertaken to follow the tender law and therefore provides the total advisor contract.
