Kalundborg Culture House - Main contractor The tender is carried out as a limited tender with pre-qualification regarding the main contract for Kalundborg Kulturhus. The ordering party prequalifies a limited number of applicants, who are then invited to submit offers the main undertaking. Main contract regarding the establishment of Kalundborg Cultural Center in Havneparken, Kalundborg Municipality, comprehensive transformation of the existing warehouse and construction of a new extension as well as associated access, terrain and outdoor works. The project includes a cultural center with i.a. library and citizen service. The works are carried out in an environment close to the harbor and include, among other things, handling level differences, access conditions, geotechnical and environmental conditions as well as coordination with builder deliveries. Builder deliveries include, among other things iBinder, ADK (Salto), AIA (Nox), TVO, parts of IT, loose inventory and waste yard.
