LIMITED, SINGLE-STAGE, ARCHITECTURAL AND URBAN IMPLEMENTATION COMPETITION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CONCEPT OF A MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING AT UL. WIELICKA IN KRAKOW The subject of the competition is the architectural concept of a residential building multi-family with land development on plots no. 127/3, precinct P-29, Podgórze registration unit, at ul. Wielicka in Krakow. The competition is conducted in a limited and single-stage competition procedure. a) Qualifying Stage: -Entities interested in participating in the Competition submit applications to participate in the Competition in accordance with the provisions of Chapter IV of the Regulations within the deadline specified in the Competition Schedule; -The Organizer allows participation in the Competition and invites submissions Competition works by the Competition Participants meeting the objective requirements specified by the Organizer and specified in Chapter IV of the Regulations. b) Stage I of the Competition - submission and evaluation of Competition Entries and results of the Competition: -Submission of competition works by the Competition Participants, within the time specified in the Competition Schedule. The material scope, form of study and method of presentation of the Competition Entries are specified in Chapter V of the Regulations; -Evaluation of anonymized competition entries by the Competition Jury based on the criteria specified in Chapter VI of the Regulations. -Resolution of the competition, i.e. selection of the best Competition Entry (1st Prize) and awarding the remaining Prizes in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V...
