The client's residences require continuous renovation in connection with moving out. The tasks are diverse, but primarily include work that must ensure that moving leases are brought into a ready-to-move-in condition. The workers include in particular floor work and cleaning. The day-to-day tasks in connection with the renovation of moving leases are carried out to a limited extent by our own employees, while the majority of the tasks are carried out using external suppliers. With this tender, the Ordering Party has to intention to enter into framework agreements with suppliers on partial contracts covering floor work and cleaning respectively, divided according to the Ordering Party's areas. The maximum turnover (value) of the partial contracts is estimated to be +20% per partial contract.
