Limited offer regarding kitchen solutions for the Housing Association Århus Region Boligforeningen Århus Omegn (Ordering party) wants to continuously acquire kitchens for its public housing via the collective right of ownership. The collective right of ownership means in practice that the Ordering Party finance the acquisition, while the tenant pays for the improvement via the rent. In addition to the collective right of ownership, there will also be cases where the acquisition of kitchens is desired, e.g. in the case of end-of-life kitchens etc. The ordering party estimates that annually replaced approx. 60 kitchens distributed among the individual departments. The estimate is the Ordering Party's estimate, and based on expected volumes. The volume is purely indicative, which is why it cannot be taken as an expression of a guaranteed future turnover size. The customer's maximum volume will be 100 kitchens per year. For further information on the acquisition, please refer to Appendix 1 - Requirements for kitchens and Appendix 1.1 - Requirements for the performance of the work. The framework agreement has a duration of 2 years from signature of the framework agreement. The ordering party then has the option to extend the framework agreement twice by 12 months with a notice of 3 months before the end of the original framework agreement period. The ordering party awards the framework agreement to two (2) suppliers, who in the course of the framework agreement period will be awarded concrete orders in the form of delivery of kitchens.
