This project includes the installation and implementation of sustainable energy and water treatment systems in 2 sanitary buildings on theRecreation domain De Lilse Bergen. The works include: 1. Aquathermy installation o withdrawal of thermal energy from surface water. o Integration with heat pumps for the production of sanitary hot water. o adjustments to pipes and technical installations. o adjustments to the electricInstallation for electrification 2. Legionella control o Implementation of a system for legionella control o Integration with the existing water infrastructure. 3. Adjust ventilation facilities o Ventilation system to system with heat recovery. o adjustments to the existing channel network.4. Optimization of sanitary and water management o Implementation of gray water recovery for toilet flushing. o Adjustments to drainage and treatment systems. o Adjustments to rainwater storage and infiltration.
