Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of luminaires designed for lighting of dominant zones, including VIP staircases within the multifunctional sports and cultural halls in Brno (hereinafter "MFH"). The subject of performance is not a fixed number of luminaires, but with the fact that they will be used at the highest 18 beverage sites specified in the Annexes of the tender documentation and at the same time the technical conditions required by the currently valid and effective standards and attachments of the tender documentation will be met.

The subject of the public contract is to work on the design of graphic design, visualization and technical solution Lighting in the required details and quality submitted in the menu (if the contracting authority requires the completion), service training and service provision at and after the warranty period and after it is over.

This public contract is awarded using Section 92 (2) of the Public Procurement In form of setting the requirements for performance and function (Design & Build method), which are specified in Annex 2 of the tender documentation. The selected supplier is obliged to respect related activities related to the construction of the MFH and provide the necessary coordination.
