The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of luminaires designed for lighting of dominant zones, including VIP staircases within the multifunctional sports and cultural halls in Brno (hereinafter "MFH"). The subject of performance is not a fixed number of luminaires, but with the fact that they will be used at the highest18 beverage sites specified in the Annexes of the tender documentation and at the same time the technical conditions required by the currently valid and effective standards and attachments of the tender documentation will be met.Lighting in the required details and quality submitted in the offer (if the contracting authority requests), service training and service provision at the time of the warranty period and after its end.
This public contract is awarded using Section 92 (2Function (Design & Build method), which are specified in Annex 2 of the tender documentation.
