DELAY PAYMENT. ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE PP&M REQUIREMENTS OR BAR-CODING SHOULD

BE ADDRESSED WITH THE CONTRACTING OFFICER PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD.
