This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA470426Q7004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Light Towers. This solicitation number shall be referenced on any written quote provided under this RFQ.
This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUBZone Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532490 - Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a size standard of $40M and PSC W023 - Lease or Rental of Equipment - Ground Effect Vehicles, Motor Vehicles, Trailers, and Cycles will be utilized.
This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This document incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 Effective 13 March 2026 and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) as applicable.
(i) This is a contract opportunity for a rental contract to provide and maintain twenty-five (25) 6kW Light Towers with a built-in generator with a minimum of 6kW. Must be configured for towing, on wheels, with either pintle hook or ball & hitch attachment. The generators shall be fueled by gasoline, JP-8, or ASTM D975 No-2 diesel fuel.
(ii) The contractor shall: provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and any other requisite items necessary to supply and perform maintenance on the 6kW Light Towers as defined in the Performance Work Statement.
