One framework agreement must be entered into for the supply of light sources and lighting fixtures for municipal and county municipal buildings, such as offices, canteens, kindergartens, schools, nursing homes, home care and dental care. The agreement is not exclusive when it comes to lighting fixtures. The agreement does not apply to road lighting (road lighting) as this is covered another agreement. In this connection, VOIS would like to receive input on previous competition documents and what has happened in the market since the last announcement.
