The primary goal is high-speed time-lapse 3D volumetric imaging of biological specimens, including whole-mount specimens of fish embryos and larvae, intact small organs or tissues, other small animal/macroinvertebrate specimens, and cleared tissue.The vendor must provide a fully integrated solution comprising the microscope enclosure/chamber, illumination lasers, detection optics and cameras, acquisition workstation, and analysis software. The complete system must operate in a standard laboratory environment without requiring a dedicated darkroom or specialized vibration isolation infrastructure.York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid.
