The Integramos Project, implemented by the International Labor Organization (ILO) with the support of IRCC, aims to strengthen the capacities of Colombia, Ecuador and Peru to promote access to decent employment and socioeconomic integration of refugees and migrants, with special emphasis on women and people with trans life experience. In a regional context characterized by growing dynamics of human mobility, it is essential to strengthen the capacities of employers, workers and public officials to guarantee equitable hiring processes, aligned with international labor standards promoted by the ILO. The project carries out actions with actors and counterparts from civil society, employers, workers and government, thus requiring the hiring of a service provider to provide refreshments to attendees of meetings and events organized within the framework of the project in Ecuador.
