Light garlands in the streets of Brno The subject of the competition is the design of light garlands. The subject of subsequent proceedings without publication will be the production and delivery of light garlands in the streets of the city center of Brno and their subsequent warranty service (see see paragraph 3.2 of the competition conditions and annexes No. 1 and No. 2 of the competition conditions). Newly designed garlands should have artistic quality, be based on current technological possibilities and be adapted for operation and maintenance in public space; their is expected programmability and remote control. The requirements for solving the subject of the competition are listed in Appendix No. 1 - Competition assignment and No. 2.1 - Recommended technical requirements. The solution to aspects of the subject of the competition not listed in Annex No. 2.1 - Recommended technical requirements is left to the invention of the participants. The requirements listed in paragraph 2.2.1 are set as recommendations, and non-compliance with them is not a reason to exclude the proposal from the assessment and to exclude the participant from the competition. However, the participant is responsible for any non-compliance with technical requirements justify the requirements listed in paragraph 2.2.1. The quality and complexity of incorporating these requirements into the competition proposal will be the subject of the jury's evaluation within the criteria set out in paragraph 7.1.
